1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by JAO S.R.O, a restaurant located in Bratislava, Slovakia. By making a reservation or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

JAO S.R.O reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

2. Reservations

2.1 Booking Process

Reservations can be made through our website, by phone, or in person. Online reservations require payment of a reservation fee to confirm your booking.

2.2 Reservation Fee

A non-refundable reservation fee of 20 EUR per reservation is required to secure your table. This fee will be deducted from your final bill upon visit.

2.3 Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of making your reservation. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive confirmation.

2.4 Arrival Time

Please arrive within 15 minutes of your reservation time. Tables may be released to other guests if you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your reservation time to avoid charges. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the reservation fee.

To cancel your reservation, please contact us by phone or email with your reservation details.

4. Payment

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
• Debit cards
• Cash (EUR)

4.2 Online Payments

Online payments are processed securely through Airwallex payment gateway. All transactions are encrypted and secure.

4.3 Pricing

All prices displayed on our menu include applicable taxes. Service charge is not included and is at the discretion of the guest.

5. Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave if their behavior is disruptive, offensive, or violates our policies. This includes but is not limited to:

• Harassment of staff or other guests
• Excessive intoxication
• Violation of dress code
• Damage to property

6. Dress Code

JAO S.R.O maintains a smart casual dress code. We kindly ask guests to refrain from wearing sportswear, flip-flops, or beachwear. Management reserves the right to refuse entry to guests not adhering to the dress code.

7. Allergies and Dietary Requirements

Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements when making your reservation or upon arrival. While we take every precaution, we cannot guarantee that our dishes are free from allergens.

8. Liability

JAO S.R.O is not liable for any personal belongings lost or damaged on our premises. Guests are responsible for their own property.

Our liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of JAO S.R.O and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Bratislava, Slovakia.
